Export activity Gamper S.L. It is constant throughout the year in relation to garlic and onions. and in March begins the campaign of green asparagus meadowlark (typical local product) and ends in July.
During these months we have increased production time. Asparagus, with designation of origin is marketed in Spain and in many foreign countries. The preparation of asparagus is a sizing ranging from 10 to 12 gauge (the thinnest) to 20+ (caliber), discarding those specimens that do not meet minimum quality requirements. It is sold in bunches of half a kilo.
Once the asparagus season continues with the onion and garlic, with a duration continues for the rest of the year. Onion varieties are: Slug, Reca, Liria ... Garlic varieties are: viletas, white and Castilian. The handling is very similar to asparagus, first is classified according to size and then proceed to packaging.
Garlic and onions are packaged in nets of different mesh sizes. They can also be used in bulk or in other formats on request.
