The activities of Gamper
Exportaciones S.L. are constant throughout the whole year, firstly with the green asparagus campaign (typical product of the area) and then with the onion campaign. We start producing the green asparagus in January and we finish in June. During these months it is commercialized in Spain as well as in several other countries abroad. The preparation of the asparagus consists of
its classification according to its diameter, which starts from diameter | 10-12 (the thinnest) up to diameter 20+ (thick diameter), and its gathering in bunches from 1/2 kg to 1 kg. Once we finish with the asparagus campaign, we start the onion campaign, which goes on during the rest of the year. The varieties of onions are: Babosa, Reca, Liria... Its manipulation is very similar to the one we carry out with the asparagus.
Firstly we classify it according to its size and then we proceed to its packaging. |
